I have 27 days left in Malaysia,

and I can't wait!

Perhaps I need the change of scenery, it's been 2months since I came back and frankly I'm quite tired of doing the same thing over and over.

I haven't been travelling as much as I thought I would. But that's the usual scene here. It's has always been plans that never materialize. Oh well.

I miss Big W. I miss Safeway/Woolworths. I miss the dinner parties. I miss the clubs and the food. I miss the cool air and the enjoyable sunlight. I miss the trams. I miss the rain. I miss the long walks. And most of all I miss the company!

It's finally DAY 5 since my surgery on Tuesday.

The swelling has gone down and the pain is slowly diminishing.

But somehow I woke up feeling uncomfortable. Damn.

I guess it's still in the healing process.

Oh well there's always painkillers.

I was looking through the Manchester United celebration after last night's game and I found this picture interesting.

Coz if you study it carefully, you'll see a certain Chris Smalling who just joined United but will be on loan at Fulham till the end of this season is standing right behind Sir Alex and next to John O' Shea.

It's always nice to welcome someone new. Hopefully he emulates Rio or Vida.

Will Andy Pick Me? Don't Count on it.... ARGHHH...

Don't know if you guys remember this classic scene from Toy Story!

Woody the Cowboy doll sits there being all emo that Andy finds Buzz Lightyear a much cooler toy than he is asks a Magic 8 Ball if Andy will pick him to go to Pizza Planet.

He gets frustrated with the answer and tosses the ball aside which starts off a chain of events that lead us to Buzz and Woody ending up in the hands of Sid.

Anyway... I've always wanted one of those Magic 8 Balls to display em' in my room. Sadly I didn't have a proper room... Till now!

So the other day after making the appointment for

my surgery, I walked around Mid Valley and decided to pop into Toys R' Us.

This is what I came out with a few minutes later!

It looks just like the original in Toy Story!

Oh! My...

Manchester United 3 - 1 Manchester City

A week ago, I barely could drag myself out of bed to watch this match.

United were away and had a disappointing run of games and truthfully I had a bad feeling about it.

The end of the day, City won 2-1 and it was marked with controversy as Gary Neville decided he should show Tevez what little respect he has left for the player.

Over the weekend and seen in my post here,

I was confident that United will come back stronger and stop their local rivals from getting through to the next round and go on trophy-less for 34 years and counting.

It was a tough night for me. I am still nursing a swollen jaw which was the after effects from Tuesday's surgery. Clearly it disrupted my 'sleep early wake up early and enjoy the game' plan. But no matter I still caught the match.

The first half ended with a stale mate as both teams tried and failed to hit one into the back of the net. Although United were pushing up more and creating more chances, City had the best chance, but if it wasn't for the reliable Van Der Sar. I wonder whether I would be writing this post now.

United started off the second half strongly. Displaying their hunger for the ball as they closed City down. Cheers to the midfield combo of Fletcher, Scholes and Carrick who broke down the advances of the City attack. One could have felt that a goal wasn't too far away, as United pressed on. True enough in the 52nd minute, little Paul Scholes produced another of his thunderbolt strikes that left Shay Given powerless. It was fantastic. When Carrick added another thanks to a superb move by Fletcher, I was already jumping up and down not even feeling the soreness in my lower jaw.

Of course, United as always loves to do it the hard way, and thus some sloppy passing led to a City break that ended up with a goal which to me was pretty good. But at the end of the day, the boy that scored 4 goals during the weekend, popped up with a sweet third goal for United with ONE minute remaining that makes us winners with a 4-3 aggregate.

Watching the replay was sweet. But the look on Tevez's face when Rooney scored was priceless.

soup, wheat and soggy mee...

I envy you normal people.

For I shall join your ranks in a couple of days.

Yes, I'm not in pain but I just can't chew my food. It's a pain in the butt.

It's not painful or anything, but its just that my teeth can't seem to bite down on solid food properly. Probably it's because of the swelling on both sides of my lower jaw. But besides that, the bleeding has stopped and I don't feel a thing from the stitches.

Anyhow, my diet for the day has been:

Campbell Chicken and Mushroom Soup with 1 Slice of bread for Brunch.

- yeah its a pain to chew the mushrooms and don't get me started on the bread. I had to cut it into really tiny pieces and throw it into the soup. And best part since I can't chew properly I'm just doing the bird thing where they just swallow the food.

Wheat Bix and Milk

- I got hungry at about 3p.m.. Bread and soup is not enough I guess. So here I am watching episodes of Family Guy and I begin to think of what snacks can I eat without having to bite stuff. And yup, soggy wheat bix and milk did the trick.. eww

Soggy Mee and Blended Vegetables.

- Thats probably the icing on the cake. My mom had to boil the mee (or noodles) until it was really soft and almost melts into the soup and then she blended a bit of vegie and threw it in. Totally sucked but you gotta eat to live.

Sucks being sick like this. I can't wait for the swelling to subside and then it's Steak, Satay, Popiah, Mutton, Rendang, Ayam Masak Merah and all those wonderful food that I've been craving since Monday! hahaha

Wisdomless...

It's official, I'm no longer a wise guy!

hahaha..

Yup, I had my wisdom teeth (bottom 2) removed this morning at about 11a.m.

I can't really give you the details of what happened cause basically, I was knocked out.

The last words I heard were "just relax... open your mouth.." and...

BLANK

next minute I wake up and I feel like the doctor is pulling out the rest of the stuff and he says "its all over.. and it's pretty good"

I walk over to the recovery room, quite happy in fact and I took pictures! hahaha

I think I was high!

So I rested for a couple of hours.. and then the doc explained a few more stuff before I went home!

Man... I think I know how Captain Hook (from Peter Pan) felt whenever he hears that clock ticking....

Damn!

I'm gonna go under the knife again in 2hours.

And the excitement is killing me! hahaha...

Hopefully its not gonna be as painful as I imagined. Or it could get worst. Damn that doctor for giving me those statistics.

See, he said this "boy, one of your tooth is touching your nerves *draws green line on that nerve*, this one if we accidentally touch it, your bottom half of your lip will go numb for 2 to 3 months... chances of that happening is 4%... hopefully you're not that unlucky"

Then he continues "but what I'm worried is that theres this other nerve, *draws another line*, cause this one is connected to your tongue and if accidentally touch that, you will not be able to taste food for 3 to 4 months. But chances of that happening is 3%"

Seriously, I was already picturing myself not being able to taste food! 3 to 4 months. Hell even alcohol will be tasteless.. Man! I hope it doesn't come to this.

Manchester United 4 - 0 Hull City

On a weekend when Chelsea and Arsenal were up against their respective FA Cup sides, United decided it will be the weekend they go back on top! (perhaps only for a week)

In what was going to be a tough match for us, once again our boy-wonder Rooney decided it's time we show Tevez and Co. what they will be expecting from us the next time they step foot into the Theater of Dreams.

Rooney's FOUR goal haul, which took almost an entire game to finally get it accomplished pushed him up to 20goals in the league, making him the top scorer for now.

Well some of you may not have known that I was at a Oral and Facial Specialist Clinic on Friday afternoon.

Now, I was there to make an appointment about removing my wisdom teeth as it was gonna be a pain in the ass in the next couple of years.

Those pics are obviously my xrays and erh if u see the 2nd one properly u probably could see the last tooth growing sideways instead of up!

So yeah thats kinda like the one i have to remove plus the other one on my left.

Anyway the appointment was set for 1.30p.m. today, and I was clearly anticipating the surgery!

And at 1p.m. I got a call from the clinic saying.. "sorry sir, the machine broke down can you reschedule to tomorrow at 10.30?"

WTF??!! seriously... my plans now have to be rescheduled and the recovery time is gonna be longer than expected. Damn!

So this post is kind of 18 days late,

but I didn't have THIS blog 18 days ago.

Something has been bothering me, I can't seem to find an answer to it, it seems unexplainable....

Should there be an expiry date to when you can wish Happy New Year?

I don't know, because its like already almost mid way through January and some people are still saying Happy New Year. Even I am doing it sometimes.

Perhaps its only to someone you have not met in a long time?

Perhaps its a good conversation starter?

Perhaps people are just really into the New Year mood? (YEAHH... TWENTY TEN)

Anyway, its one of those things that will be debated about somewhere, somehow in another dimension.

Technical Difficulties

Don't you just hate it when you work on things for several hours and it doesn't work in the end?

YES!

I've found out the reason why I neglected updating/creating a new blog.

The limitations on blogger is one of the main reasons, plus you combine it with a crappy internet speed plus an unstable browser... you have yourself a recipe for disaster.

I'm Back!

Well for certain reasons which I explained to SOME of my loyal readers, I've closed my old blog!

Seriously I can swear to you that blog died on its own. It just happened.

I woke up one day, sat in front of the comp and realized, What is there to write about?

My WHOLE entire life? Nah... I wanna have my own private moments too.

Anyway here's hopefully my next attempt to start writing again. I hope I can keep this up and by keeping this up I mean, I need support from my loyal readers too! haha...
